Patients reunite with Saddleback Memorial’s Rehabilitation Staff at annual Holiday Luncheon

Saddleback Memorial Rehabilitation Center will be hosting a special holiday event which will give patients an opportunity to reunite with the medical director and their team of rehabilitation specialists.

Everyday the rehabilitation specialist at Saddleback Memorial work with patients who have had a disabling illness or injury such as stroke, joint replacements, or brain injury. Daily routines like walking, eating, bathing and dressing can be extremely challenging for these patients. The Acute Rehabilitation Unit helps them regain their skills and return to an independent lifestyle.

“We develop a close relationship with many of our patients and their families,” says Kenneth Lynn, MD, Medical Director, Saddleback Memorial’s Rehabilitation Center. “This annual event gives us an opportunity reunite during the holiday’s and exchange smiles and embraces.”

More than 180 people are expected at the event which will feature a special skit by medical staff and a heartfelt message from Kenneth Lynn, MD.
