Dr. Castillo received his Medical Degree at the University of California, Irvine, as well as completing his Internship and Residency in Pediatric Medicine at UCI. As a Board Certified Pediatrician, Dr. Castillo has been practicing medicine since 1989. He provides care for children in the Long Beach office of Pioneer Medical Group, Inc. and works to provide kids a medical home. He is one of the founding board members of his medical group and currently Medical Director of Quality Initiative Programs. He has led his medical group in achieving recognition by the Integrated Healthcare Association as one of the top 20 Medical Groups in the State of California for the years 2005 and 2006. Presently, he serves as Chief of Staff for Miller Childrens Hospital and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Western University of Health Sciences/College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. |
