Anaheim Memorial Medical Center’s enduring commitment to providing community outreach services is demonstrated by our wide variety of health education and wellness programs, including free informational lectures, health fairs, screenings and support groups. During fiscal year 2008 alone, more than 50,000 people benefited from free health lectures, screenings and immunizations provided by Anaheim Memorial. We offer these programs at various locations with content delivered by clinical experts– physicians, nurses, registered dieticians and physical rehabilitation specialists. Topics address a broad spectrum of heart and vascular, women’s and seniors’ health issues, among many others.
