Arriving at the BirthCare Center
The BirthCare Center entrance is located on Columbia Street, between Long Beach Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue. Go directly to the second floor, where you will be admitted if you are in active labor. If it is after hours, please ring the buzzer for entrance. Do not go to the Emergency Department if you think you are in labor. The BirthCare Center is open 24 hours and members of our exceptional nursing staff will greet you, take you to your room and prepare you for delivery.

Driving Directions:
From the northbound or southbound 405 freeway to BirthCare Center patient and visitor parking.

Exit the 405 freeway at the Atlantic Avenue south off-ramp. Travel south on Atlantic, crossing Spring Street. Turn right on Columbia Street. Drive past the Emergency Room and enter the parking lot at the corner of Columbia Street and Linden Street, located on the right hand side. After you've parked, continue on Columbia Street to the BirthCare Center, located on the left-hand side. If it is after hours, please ring the buzzer for entrance. Take the elevator to the second floor.
